Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen is proud to announce that Scott Vieth was elected to serve on the St. Petersburg Bar Association Executive Committee. The St. Petersburg Bar Association Executive Committee is the governing board responsible for establishing policy, providing fiduciary oversight and approving the annual budget of the 1000+ member association.
Mr. Vieth began his career as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting cases in Pinellas County where he served for nearly 8 years and tried over 50 jury trials of matters including murder, sexual battery, exploitation, and scheme to defraud. He joined Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen in 2019 and focuses his practice on health care and probate law.
