Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen is proud to announce that attorney Scott Vieth has been appointed to the Florida Bar’s 6th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. Circuit Grievance Committees serve the function of a grand jury, tasked with investigating complaints and recommending discipline related to the professionalism standards of the Florida Bar. Service on the Grievance Committee involves a three-year term and a great deal of work, with no reward other than the members’ personal satisfaction in promoting and maintaining the high standards of the Florida Bar.
