Career

Ms. Herlache joined the firm in January of 2024. She started her legal career in Palm Beach County, Florida, in 2003, and moved to Hillsborough County, Florida, in 2022. From 2010 to 2012, Ms. Herlache was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern University, where she wrote and taught the curriculum for complex real estate transactions.

PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

Ms. Herlache represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate, including development, purchase and sales, leasing (ground, office, retail and industrial), title examination and issuance of title policies, and complex real estate transactions. Ms. Herlache has substantial experience representing clients in connection with the structuring and development of high-profile luxury and mixed-use branded hospitality (hotel and resort), commercial, retail, and residential condominiums, as well as land condominiums, master/homeowner’s/property owner’s associations, and vertical subdivisions. She is also well versed in condominium conversions, the development of club communities, 1031 exchanges, and corporate law related to real estate transactions.
