Jason joined the firm after the sale of his international distribution business to a foreign publicly traded company. He started his career at a Tampa law firm, where he specialized in taxation and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Jason advises clients in a broad range of tax and corporate matters, including corporate governance, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, business formations, private equity transactions, and partnership and stockholder agreements. He brings real-world business experience and a practical approach to solve his clients’ matters. He also advises entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies in all phases of their business life cycles, from company formation through growth expansion and exit.
