PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

As a Family Law Attorney, Mr. Bamis has used his extensive trial experience to help clients navigate through some of their most stressful and difficult times of their lives in matters of divorce, child custody, child support, relocations, and modifications of Final Judgments. Mr. Bamis is a member of the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) and has represented countless individuals and companies from all over the world in a variety of complex immigration matters. This includes administrative filings with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as well as Removal (“Deportation”) cases before the U.S. Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. As a first generation born American, Mr. Bamis takes great pride in helping people legally enter and remain in the United States.
