Career

Ms. Ilgenfritz joined the firm in 2024. Ms. Ilgenfritz started her legal career working at Walt Disney World assisting in-house counsel with real estate development and regulatory compliance. She joined an Orlando law firm in 2018, and moved to a Tampa law firm in 2020. Outside of the office, Ms. Ilgenfritz volunteers with the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program and is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women Tampa Bay and The Junior League of Tampa.

PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

  • Ms. Ilgenfritz advises clients on a diverse range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing (office, retail and industrial), title examination and complex real estate transactions. Ms. Ilgenfritz has substantial experience representing clients in connection with the development of condominiums and hotel properties, as well as representing purchasers, sellers, developers and investors in residential real estate transactions. She has taught real estate seminars at Greater Tampa Realtors and at real estate brokerages throughout the Tampa Bay area.
