Career
David spent the beginning of his legal career focusing on tax, estate and asset protection planning, tax litigation, criminal tax defense, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate development, and general corporate and business matters. Over time, he became more and more involved in complex environmental, securities, fraud, business, deceptive practices, opioid, and estate and trust litigation.
