  • Mr. Boggs has represented numerous individuals and companies involved in a variety of complex commercial litigation cases, including investors in fraud litigation against developers, a co-generation facility against a regional power company, a power company in defense against a developer’s suit for a failed real estate development involving environmental issues, a corporate executive in Ponzi scheme criminal tax proceedings against him, defense of a law firm charged as an aider and abettor in a Ponzi scheme, a defense industry product developer in litigation against an international defense manufacturer, an international construction product manufacturer in anti-trust litigation against other international manufacturers, and joint venture partners in various suits involving failed developments, including a suit against a national real estate development company. He has also handled dozens of suits involving probates, estates and trusts. Mr. Boggs continues to represent businesses and business owners in commercial matters and transactions, including, when necessary, litigation.
