  • Mr. Brown has been involved in the defense of a wide range of matters in the field of medical malpractice. He has successfully tried medical malpractice cases on behalf of physicians specializing in emergency medicine, internal medicine, oncology, orthopedic surgery and blood banking. He has also defended physicians in multidisciplinary practice groups, specialty groups, and university-based physicians as well. Mr. Brown has also been involved in the defense of a wide range of professional and general liability cases. He has also been involved in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including real estate litigation, estate litigation and other business and corporate litigation. Mr. Brown also practices in the field of regulatory law representing clients before professional boards and state regulatory commissions. Mr. Brown serves as the firm’s Managing Partner.
