    Mr. Lennon’s practice includes representation in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, banking, and trust and probate litigation.  A former bank vice president, Mr. Lennon has represented banks, institutional lenders and other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in loan foreclosures, workouts and restructurings and contracts.  Commercial litigation for other clients includes instituting actions for check fraud, defending claims for breach of fiduciary duty, defending claims of bulk transfer law violations, contract actions for damages and injunctive relief, and maintaining actions to dismiss bankruptcy cases for bad faith filing.

    Probate and Trust litigation has involved defending claims ancillary to the administration of an estate, representing beneficiaries and settlors in disputes over the meaning of trusts, as well as representing trustees in actions seeking to alter terms of the trust.
