The firm is involved in all areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice.  Its bankruptcy attorneys help protect the rights of clients in both state court and bankruptcy court as well as in out-of-court restructurings.  In commercial cases under Chapter 11, the firm represents creditors in areas including negotiating payment arrangements, reclaiming collateral, defending alleged preferential and fraudulent transfers, providing post-petition financing, representing creditors committees, and seeking dismissal of Chapter 11 cases.  As part of the firm’s practice, it also represents purchasers of assets of bankruptcy estates.
