Practice Emphasis	Jamil G. Daoud focuses his practice on representing individuals in a broad range of probate, trust, wealth preservation, business and tax related issues. He has extensive experience in all aspects of probate and trust administration, including the preparation of gift and estate tax returns. Jamil also represents clients with IRS gift and estate tax examinations and audits. As a part of his corporate practice, Jamil advises clients on choice-of-entity planning, including the formation of business entities, and the preparation, review and negotiation of business contracts, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and operating agreements.
