Accomplishments |
Mr. Brown has been involved in the defense of a wide range of matters in the field of medical malpractice. He has successfully tried medical malpractice cases on behalf of physicians specializing in emergency medicine, internal medicine, oncology, and a blood bank. He has also defended physicians in multidisciplinary practice groups, specialty groups, and university based physicians as well. Mr. Brown has also been involved in the defense of a wide range of general liability cases, including products liability and members of other professions as well. He has also been involved in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including real estate litigation, and other business and corporate tort litigation.
